Our Business Hours:
Business Hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays.
Order cut off times:
Orders received and paid for in full by 12:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays, should be dispatched the same day (subject to force majeure), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Orders are dispatched every working day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), we will send an email to confirm that your order is on its way, along with any tracking information as appropriate. We may vary the shipping method / courier, at our discretion, to maintain service levels.
We can normally deliver to any UK Postcode. This includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Some outlying postcodes including the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take an additional day. Please note: we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.
Due to courier surcharges there may be an additional delivery charge for addresses in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles & Hebrides. If you require a shipping quote please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
Free UK Delivery Service:
Free delivery is available for orders delivered within Mainland UK and and excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands.
Any orders place from these areas will incur additional delivery costs, based on total order weight. Any additional delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Our Tracked Courier Services:
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, with the following areas incurring a different rate due to their remote locations:
- The Islands of Scotland - HS & ZE postcodes
- Isle of Man - IM postcodes.
Our Next Day Tracked Delivery UK Courier Services:
Next Working Day Tracked Delivery is available to UK Mainland Only, ie England, Wales and parts of Scotland.
This excludes all postcodes mentioned below:
- The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery Zone services stipulated by our chosen carrier.
Please select the correct service Zone for your area, eg. Mainland UK, Scotish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland etc.
Please note: We classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.
When your order is sent to you we will email you confirmation of dispatch which will include a tracking number for your order. If you would like to track your order please go to the specified courier site and enter the tracking information provided.
EU & International Orders:
We currently ship to most EU Countries, including:
- Republic of Ireland
- The Netherlands
If there is no shipping option to your destination at checkout - please click Contact Us or give us a ring on 0800 988 7020 and we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote for your order.
If you require a shipping quote for larger items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
For orders that contain pre-order items, your order will be delayed until ALL pre-order items are in stock and ready to dispatch. If you would like your items delivered as we have them, then please place a separate order for pre-order items, which will then be sent as soon as available.
Any orders that are not completed in this way, and require splitting, may be subjected to additional shipping charges at the normal rate.
Returns And Refund Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within fourteen business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
