We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 How to Start a Return

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a link to start your return and print a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions on how to send the package back.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • You received the wrong item.
